【摘要】 目的 通过对正常牙髓组织中的雌孕激素的检测，探讨正常牙髓组织中是否存在性激素受体，为探讨与其相关的疾病及材料提供理论依据。 方法 应用ABC法对20颗健康牙髓作ER、PR检测。 结果 在受检的男女各10颗牙髓中，男性ER阳性为4例，占40%，PR阳性为3例，占30%;女性ER阳性为5例，占50%，PR阳性为6例，占60%。 结论 正常牙髓也可能是性激素的靶组织。

    【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study was to determine whether the dental pulp exhibit receptors for the sex steroid hormones estrogen and progesterone.Methods ABC method was applied to detect estrogen and proges-terone receptors of normal dental pulp in10men's and10women's.Results Four of ten expressed positiveness of e-strogen receptor in men's and five of ten in women's.Three of ten expressed positiveness of progesterone receptor in men's and six of ten in women's.Conclusion Normal dental pulp may be also one of the target tissues of sex hor-mones.
