【摘要】 目的 分析糖尿病冠心病患者的血清甘油三酯水平，并探讨其临床意义。方法 61例经冠状动脉造影证实的冠心病患者，男22例，女39例；年龄28～78岁，平均年龄(58.46±10.55)岁。按有无糖尿病分为两组：糖尿病冠心病组和非糖尿病冠心病组。酶反应速率法测定其空腹血清甘油三酯水平。结果 糖尿病冠心病组的甘油三酯水平明显高于非糖尿病冠心病组(P<0.05)，两组之间的血总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇，统计学上差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 糖尿病冠心病患者的血清甘油三酯水平明显增高，在一定程度上可能加重或促进了冠状动脉粥样硬化的发生，但其作用机制还有待于进一步研究。

    Changes of the level of triglyceride in diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the changes of the serum triglyceride level in diabetes mellitus(DM) patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)，and to explore its clinical significance.Methods 61 patients with coronary heart disease confirmed by coronary angiography(CAG)were enrolled.There were 22 males and 39 females.The average age was (58.46±10.55) years (range,22 to 78 years old).They were divided into two groups according to with or without DM:DM group and non-DM group.The serum level of triglyceride was determined by the method of enzyme reaction rate.Results Compared with that of non-DM group,the serum level of triglyceride in DM group increased significantly(P<0.05).Whereas there were no significant differences of the level of total cholesterol,LDL-C and HDL-C between DM group and non-DM group(P>0.05).Conclusion The serum level of triglyceride in CHD patients with DM increase highly,which may have aggravated or promoted the development of atherosclerosis to some extent,but the mechanism of this role needs to be further studied. ......
