【摘要】 目的 探讨乳腺手术后出血的原因，总结其临床表现和预防乳腺手术后出血的方法。 方法 回顾性分析2003年6月～2005年6月出现的7例乳腺手术后出血的病例资料。 结果 乳腺术后出血常见时间是术后3天内，主要表现为局部肿胀和引流量增多，在局麻下清创缝合及加压包扎多能治愈。 结论 乳腺手术后出血重在预防，术中止血彻底，术后加压包扎可靠，适当限制患侧上肢活动可明显减少术后出血的发生率。
