【摘要】 目的 分析桥本病的误诊原因。 方法 对11例桥本病的诊断进行回顾性总结。 结果 有8例经术后病理报告确诊，有3例经细针穿刺细胞学检查确诊。 结论 桥本病误诊率高的原因有:手术前检查不够完善，对桥本病的认识不够，对有怀疑者没有进一步做细胞学检查或TGA、MCA血清检查。
