     【摘要】 本文阐述了构建学习型组织文化是现代医院生存与发展的必然要求,是组织成员适应社会发展和实现自我价值的必然途径;从改善心智模式、建立团队学习方式、养成学习习惯几方面探讨了学习型医院的目标定位,并提出了其组织文化的构建途径:(1)构建良性运行的学习机制;(2)构建切实有效的学习制度;(3)构建不同层次的学习目标;(4)构建舒适方便的学习环境;(5)构建形式多样的学习渠道。

    Constructing organization culture of learning mode in modern hospital

    【Abstract】 Being necessary requirement for the existence and development in modern hospital,being inevitable pathway organizational members must go through for adapting to social progress and realizing self-value,the construction importance of learning organizational culture in modern hospital is discussed.The aim orientation of learning hospital is explored from several aspects including the improvement of heart-wisdom models,the establishment of the teams learning ways and the cultivation of learning habits and so on.The construction channels of organizational culture in learning hospital are pointed out,that is,constructing well-worked learning system,establishing effect learning institution,setting up different levels learning,forming comfortable and convenient learning circumstance and building all kinds of learning channels. ......
