【摘要】 目的 了解江苏泰州市城区人群高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗率及其控制状况。 方法 采用现况调查方法对泰州市城区35岁以上人群8356人进行了慢性病流行病学调查。 结果 城区居民高血压患病率为31.7%，标化患病率为25.6%，其中>35岁人群中高血压患病率达35.6%，标化患病率为31.0%，居各种慢性病之首，高血压的知晓率为56.3%，治疗率为30.6%，控制率为11.1%。高血压患病率随着年龄增长而上升，同时高血压是脑卒中、糖尿病等慢性病的主要危险因素。 结论 抓好高血压及其相关疾病的综合防治是今后该地区慢性病防治工作的重点。
