【摘要】 目的 观察使用3种中草药牙膏刷牙对口臭病原菌-厌氧菌生长的影响。 方法 40名受试者按照所用牙膏的不同分成3个中草药组、普通牙膏组和不使用牙膏组，分别收集他们刷牙前后的唾液进行细菌学培养，比较厌氧菌数量(CFU读数)的变化情况。 结果 3个中草药组和普通牙膏组刷牙后的CFU读数均显著降低(P<0.05)，且中草药组与普通牙膏组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 中草药牙膏的抑菌作用使口腔内厌氧菌的生长受到一定抑制，提示今后将中草药牙膏作为口臭治疗方法之一具有可行性。
