【摘要】 目的 探讨手术前后海洛因依赖患者激素变化及其意义。 方法 用立体定向术对105例海洛因依赖患者做前扣带回及伏隔核损毁术，术前及术后2周采用放射免疫法测定激素ACTH、COR、GH、TSH、T 3 、T 4 、PRL、FSH、LH、E 2 、T。 结果 术后2周TSH、FSH、PRL显著升高(P<0.01)，T 3 、T 4 、E 2 明显下降(P<0.01)，男性LH、T水平变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 长期摄入海洛因可以引起患者体内激素水平变化，手术后患者激素水平可以逐渐恢复正常。
