【摘要】 目的 探讨军队中小医院科研工作及发展。方法 总结回顾近年来科研工作，评价走“军地双轨”新路等做法。结果 提升了科研水平，促进了医、教、研的协调发展。结论 走科技创新之路、走可持续发展之路，才能拓展医院科研发展的空间。

    【Abstract】 Objective To inquire into the scientific research work and development of small and medium military hospital.Methods The scientific research work several years was summarized and reviewed, and the road of army-civilian work was estimated.Results We had advanced the level of the scientific research to a higher position, made scientific research and medical treatment and teaching develop coordinately.Conclusion Only going the innovation road of science and technology,we could expand the development space of the scientific research of our hospital.
