【摘要】 目的 探讨胸腰椎体爆裂性骨折一期前路手术的疗效与临床意义。 方法 86例胸腰段椎体爆裂性骨折伴脊髓完全性或不全性损伤病人一期行椎管前路减压器械内固定、椎体间植骨融合术。 结果 86例平均随诊28.99个月。脊柱后凸畸形矫正平均为36.21°，压缩椎体高度复位达93.2%，椎管前后径平均恢复95.8%，脊髓损伤术后Frankel评分1～2级及以上的恢复率为91.7%。 结论 前路减压、内固定、椎体间植骨融合术是治疗胸腰段爆裂性骨折较为理想的手术方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and clinical significance of primary anterior spinal cord decompression and arthrodesis on the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures.Methods 98patients with tho-racolumbar burst fractures accompanied by complete or incomplete spinal cord injuries were treated by primary anterior spinal cord decompression and arthrodesis with internal fixation and bone grafts.Results The mean follow-up period was28.9months.The mean recovery of spinal dislocation reached36.21°.The recovery of vertebrae height got to93.2%.The canal diameter was restored by95.8%.The recovery rate of spinal cord injuries at grade1～2or above ac-cording to Frankel grading system was91.7%.Conclusion The anterior decompression ......
