【摘要】目的探讨行血液透析过程中出现视盘水肿患者的荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)的表现特征。方法终末期尿毒症在血液透析过程中视盘水肿患者4例，在血液透析前行FFA检查，分析其FFA的表现。结果4例患者FFA表现为：视盘境界模糊，表面点状高荧光，晚期强荧光染色。视网膜动脉节段性管径粗细不均，静脉无明显扩张。视盘表面及周围视网膜火焰状荧光遮蔽。黄斑拱环结构大致正常。FFA检查过程中，无一例出现不良反应。FFA检查结束后，血液透析出黄绿色荧光素。结论血液透析过程中出现视盘水肿患者的FFA的表现为视盘表面见微动脉瘤，荧光素渗漏明显，晚期强荧光染色，视网膜动脉硬化。血液透析患者行FFA检查是安全、可行的。

    Characteristics of fundus fluorescein angiography of papilledema on hemodialysis patients

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo probe into the characteristics that fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) was performed on hemodialysis patients having papilledema.MethodsFFA was performed on 4 hemodialysis patients having papilledema.After FFA to perform hemodialysis right away.FFA were analyzed and valued.ResultsThe results of FFA in 4 patients were showed the border of optic disc were vague,punctate hyperfluorescence on the surface,hyperfluorescence pigmentation at the late phase.Thinned retinal arteries,venous extension weren’t obvious,and obscured fluouescence around optic disc.No complication was found during FFA in any patient.After FFA to perform hemodialysis right away,soluble fluorescein was dialyzable.ConclusionFFA in hemodialysis patients having papilledema show the optic disc has microaneurysm,fluorescent leak,and hyperfluorescence pigmentation at the late phase,and retinal arteriosclerosis.FFA performed on hemodialysis patients is safe and feasible. ......
