【摘要】 目的 探讨顺铂联合羟基喜树碱治疗晚期复发非小细胞肺癌的疗效和毒性。 方法 35例复治的Ⅲ b ～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者用顺铂联合羟基喜树碱方案化疗。顺铂14mg/m 2 ，静滴d 1～5 ;羟基喜树碱7mg/m 2 ，静滴d 1～5 ;21天为1个周期。连用2个周期以上评价疗效。 结果 PR8例，NC17例，PD10例，有效率(CR+PR)为22.9%，中位生存期7个月，1年生存率14.3%。毒副反应以白细胞下降为主。 结论 顺铂联合羟基喜树碱是晚期复发非小细胞肺癌较为有效的化疗方案。
