白藜芦醇抑制辐射诱导小鼠脾细胞的凋亡

     【摘要】 目的 观察白藜芦醇对辐照小鼠脾细胞凋亡的影响。 方法 采用 60 Coγ射线照射小鼠,观察小鼠30天存活率和死亡动物存活时间。用原位末端标记法和流式细胞仪观察受照小鼠脾细胞凋亡及p53表达,再用Western blot进一步测定p53的表达水平。 结果 白藜芦醇能呈剂量依赖性提高受照小鼠的30天存活率,延长死亡动物存活时间,照前2h给予白藜芦醇效果最佳。白藜芦醇能明显抑制受照小鼠脾细胞凋亡及抑制脾细胞p53的表达。 结论 白藜芦醇抑制受照小鼠脾细胞的凋亡,这可能与其抗辐射作用有关。

    Inhibition of resveratrol on the apoptosis of the mouse spleen cells induced by radiation

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of reseveratrol on the apoptosis of mouse spleen cells induced by radiation.Methods Kunming mice were radiated with 60 Coγ-irradiation,the30-day survival rate of mice and the average life span of dead mice post-irradiation were observed.The apoptosis of spleen cell from irradiatied mice was detected by FACS and TUNEA expression level of p53was examined.Results Administration of resveratrol re-sulted in increases of30-day survival rate and prolongation of average life span of the dead mice.The apoptosis rate of spleen cells from mice treated with resveratol decreased significantly and the expression level of p53was also inhib-ited significantly.Conclusion The results indicated that resveratrol has radioprotection and its mechanism might be related to the suppression of apoptosis of radiation-sensitive cells. ......
