【摘要】 目的 探讨心理认知护理在抑郁症治疗中的作用。方法 采用抑郁、焦虑症状自评量表和简易应对方式问卷，评定54例抑郁症患者护理前后的心理状况。结果 与护理前比较，患者的情绪障碍程度明显不同，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。护理后患者的应对方式评分与护理前比较，积极应对多于消极应对，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 实施心理认知护理对抑郁症患者有较好的效果。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore therapeutic effect by psychocognitive nursing on depression patients.Methods 54 depression patients received measurement by anxiety self assess sheet(SAS)and simple coping questionnaire.Results There were significant differences between before and after nursing in mood disturbance degree(P<0.01).They become more active.Conclusion Psychocognitive nursing is effective in treating depression patients.
