【摘要】目的评价青光眼术后的白内障小切口非乳化摘除的临床效果。方法对青光眼术后白内障30例(32眼)行小切口非乳化摘除术。结果随访3～6个月，视力≥0.5者20眼(62.5%)，0.1～0.4者8眼(25%)，滤过泡无损坏,眼压无升高。结论青光眼术后白内障小切口非乳化摘除术安全、有效，临床效果明显。
