【摘要】 目的 采用合成的磁性免疫吸附剂处理样本，提高鼠疫诊断效率。 方法 用鼠疫磁性免疫吸附剂处理样本后，进行细菌培养、荧光免疫试验、酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、聚合酶链式反应(PCR)。 结果 对188个样本检验结果细菌培养:实验组阳性率5.9%，对照组0.5%;荧光免疫试验:实验组阳性率15.4%，对照组6.4%;ELISA:实验组阳性率15.4%，对照组6.4%;PCR:实验组阳性率20.2%，对照组8.0%。 结论 采用磁性免疫吸附剂处理样本，能够明显提高鼠疫诊断效率。
