【摘要】 目的 探讨慢性胃炎中幽门螺杆菌(H pylori)感染及胃黏膜一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的表达。方法 73例经胃镜及病理确诊为慢性胃炎患者，采用Warthin-Starry银染色法检测H pylori;采用免疫组化法检测胃黏膜中iNOS的表达。 结果 H pylori感染率在各型慢性胃炎中不同;H pylori感染率与iNOS表达高度相关(P<0.01)。 结论 各型慢性胃炎中H pylori感染率不同且与胃黏膜iNOS的表达高度相关。iNOS过度表达可能是H pylori感染导致慢性胃炎的相关发病机制之一。

    Association between Helicobacter pylori infection and expression of iNOS in chronic gastritis

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of iNOS in H pylori associated chronic gastritis，and also to analyze the relationship between H pylori infection and chronic gastritis.Methods A total of73patients were di-agnosed as having chronic gastritis by endoscopy and pathology.H pylori infection was detected by Warthin-Starry.iNOS was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The numbers of H pylori infection in inflamed chronic atrophic gastritis were significantly higher than in chronic superficial gastritis(P<0.01).There was a significant increase in iNOS expression in H pylori positive gastritis compared with normal mucosa(P<0.01).Conclusion H pylori infec-tion leads to gastric mucosal inflammation and overexpression of iNOS.Inducible generation of NO by inflamed gastric mucosa may be one of the mechanisms to explain the link between H pylori infection and chronic gastritis. ......
