【摘要】 通过对湖南省水上中心20例腰伤运动员的调查统计和治疗，找出运动员腰伤的主要疾病和易发生的情况，并针对性提出和采取治疗的综合措施。

    【Abstract】 The investigation and treatment of waist injury of20rowings in Hunan was analyzed.The main dis-ease in waist and easily-hurt parts of waist injury were found out，and the comprehensive measures of treatment and prevention were proposed in order to offer help to the prevention of waist injury of rowings in Hunan.
