【摘要】 目的 探讨肝硬化上消化道出血患者不同止血治疗的护理方法。 方法 将肝硬化上消化道出血患者77例分别采用静脉应用抑酸药物并口服凝血酶(20例)、静脉点滴垂体后叶素并口服凝血酶(42例)、三腔二囊管压迫止血并管内注入去甲肾上腺素或凝血酶(15例)。 结果 患者临床止血效果良好。 结论 提示迅速建立静脉通道，及时准确扩容、补充血容量至关重要，而精心护理是治疗肝硬化上消化道大出血的有力保证。
