【摘要】目的观察准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)手术前后非接触眼压值(NCT)及中央角膜厚度(CCT)的变化。方法以非接触眼压计、角膜测厚仪测量低、中、高度近视LASIK手术150例(300眼)。观察术前、术后1周、2周、1个月、3个月、6个月NCT及CCT的动态变化。结果LASIK术后NCT较术前明显降低(P<0.05)，术后1周趋于稳定。术后各期CCT明显低于术前，且差异有显著性(P<0.05)。术后同期组间CCT差异有显著性(P<0.05)，同组术后1周与术后1个月、3个月、6个月CCT差异有显著性(P<0.05)。眼压下降与角膜厚度(CCT)变化相关。结论CCT是影响NCT的重要因素。LASIK术后应根据CCT变化修正NCT测量值，以免延误LASIK术后高眼压的诊断和处理。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo observe NCT and CCT’s difference before and after LASIK operation.MethodsThe low,middle,high myopia of LASIK 150 cases (300 eyes) with the non-contact ophthalmotonometer and corneal pachymeter were measured. The development change between NCT and CCT of preoperative and in 1 week,2 weeks,1 month,3 months,6 months postoperation were observed.ResultsLASIK postoperation ’s NCT was lower obviously than preoperative(P<0.05), 1 week in postoperation tended to stability. Postoperation the each period’s CCT was lower obviously than preoperative,had significant difference(P<0.05). Postoperatively the same period’s CCT was significantly different(P<0.05), postoperatively,1 week the same group’s CCT was significantly different of 1 month,3 months,6 months(P<0.05).The intraocular pressure descent was correlation of CCT’s changes. ConclusionThe CCT is an important factor to affect the NCT.LASIK postoperation should revise the NCT measured value according to the CCT variety, in order to prevent delay the diagnosis and treatment of LASIK postoperation high intraocular pressure. ......
