【摘要】 目的 探讨婴儿肝炎综合征(infantile hepatitis syndrome，IHS)患儿血清中内皮素(endothelin1，ET-1)的变化。 方法 采用放射免疫法检测56例IHS患儿血清中ET-1的浓度，同时测定其肝功能水平。 结果 急性期组血清ET-1水平显著高于对照组[(98.78±21.65)ng/L vs(55.81±14.32)ng/L，P<0.05]。好转组[(68.85±18.64)ng/L]及痊愈组[(57.70±14.38ng/L)]与对照组之间差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。与急性期组相比，好转组及痊愈组的血清ET-1水平均显著降低(P<0.05)。重症组[(112.59±24.67)ng/L]及胆管闭锁组[(117.2±9.46)ng/L]血清ET-1水平均显著高于一般组[(86.36±15.33)ng/L，P<0.05]。IHS急性期患儿血清ET-1水平与ALT呈高度正相关(r=0.56，P<0.01)，而与STB无明显相关性(r=0.34，P>0.05)。 结论 ET-1血清水平的检测可以作为IHS诊断及评估IHS严重程度的一项参考指标。IHS血清ET-1水平异常升高，应高度怀疑胆管闭锁可能。
