【摘要】 目的 应用多普勒组织显像技术评价高血糖对糖尿病患者左室收缩、舒张功能及结构的影响。方法 17例糖尿病患者入院前血糖控制不佳，入院后立即行二维超声心动图(2DE)及脉冲多普勒组织显像(DTI)检查，血糖控制稳定，出院前复查各项指标。 结果 高血糖时及血糖下降后前后对照，超声指标:射血时间(ejectti)、左室后壁厚度(lvpw)、经二尖瓣等容收缩时间(maivct)、E峰减速时间(edt2)、a环舒张晚期峰值速度(a环am)改变明显，但未达统计学标准，0.05关键词 多普勒组织显像 高血糖 左心室功能
