【摘要】 目的 探讨血清胆红素与动脉粥样硬化的关系。 方法 选择92例已行颈动脉超声检查及血清总胆红素(TB)、直接胆红素(DB)测定的患者，据B超斑块情况分4组，比较TB、DB。 结果 颈动脉硬化的程度与血清TB、DB呈负相关。 结论 人体内的胆红素代谢与动脉粥样硬化的发生及严重程度呈负相关。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between the bilirubin level in serum and artery atherosclerosis.Methods Ninety-two cases were divide into four groups by plague in carotid artery.All of them were examined with carotid ultrasonography and bilirubin level in serum.Results There was significant negative cor-relation between the serum levels of TB DB and artery atherosclerosis.Conclusion The metabolic disturbance of the bilirubin in vivo is related with the occurrence of cardiogram-brain-vascular events ......
