【摘要】 目的 探讨针刺冲、任(督带)脉经穴治疗女性更年期综合征临床疗效。 方法 将66例患者随机分为治疗组36例，对照组30例。治疗组采用针刺冲、任(督、带)脉，主要穴有承浆、关元、曲骨、中极、百会，针后加本经刮肤治疗。对照组采用普通辨证加减穴，尺泽、三阴交、肝俞、肾俞、神门。两组均隔日治疗1次。 结果 治疗组总显有效率为91.6%，对照组为38.9%，两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)，从治疗次数上看，治疗组疗程比对照组短。 结论 治疗组治疗本病疗效好，疗程短。

    【Abstract】 Objective For probing the clinical curative effect of using acupuncturing Chongren(Dudai)pulse and acupoints to treat female climacteric syndrome.Methods We divided66patients into two groups at random.One is treating group with36patients，the other is comparing group with30patients.The treating group adopts the method of acupuncturing Chongren(Dudai)pulse.The main acupoints are Chengjiang、Guanyuan、Qugu、Zhongji、Baihui.After acupuncturing we added the therapy of shaving skin.The comparing group adopts ordinary dialectics method and acupuncturing Jinze、Sanyinjiao、Ganyu、Shenyu、Shenmen acupoints.The two groups are treated one time a day after the next day.Results The treating group's efficient is91.6% ......
