【摘要】 目的 探讨小骨窗加重组链激酶引流治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。 方法 在CT定位下，采用小骨窗清除部分血肿后，血肿腔置管，重组链激酶灌注引流治疗31例高血压脑出血。 结果 31例患者采用日常生活能力(activity of daily living，ADL)作为疗效评价指标，恢复良好率为67.74%。 结论 小骨窗加重组链激酶引流治疗高血压脑出血，结合了微创手术和基因药物的优点，是一种简便有效的治疗方法。
