头穴针刺对急性脑出血大鼠痛反应神经元电活动双向调节的实验研究

     【摘要】 自身动脉血注入法,复制Wistar大鼠急性脑出血模型,头穴透刺同时采用微电极技术,对脑出血前后头穴针刺时甩尾反射潜伏期和痛反应神经元放电变化的双向影响进行观察。结果表明:急性脑出血大鼠痛反应神经元的电活动在注血早期即受到抑制,并有随时间的推移而逐渐加重的趋势。头穴针刺对脑出血前后痛反应神经元的电活动具有双向的良性调整作用。

    【Abstract】 Methods Duplicate acute cerebral haemorrhage model on wistar by means of self arterial blood injec-tion.Take head penetrating puncture as therapy method.Select Pain Response Neuron Discharge Increments and Tail Flick Latency as observing norm.Probe into the mechanism of two-way regulation and immediate result of acupunc-ture on acute cerebral hemorrhage at the point of neurophysiology through researching the variation of Discharge Incre-ments and Tail Flick Latency of neuron Lying in different region around the hematoma in CNS at different stage after a-cute cerebral haemorrhage.Results The electric activity of Pain Response Neuron was affected at the early stage of cerebral hemorrhage.Head puncture has two-way regulation on PEN and PIN of rats with acute cerebral hemorrhage. ......
