【摘要】 目的 观察盐酸伐昔洛韦(丽珠威)治疗儿童水痘的疗效及安全性。 方法 采用随机开放、平行对照的方法。以盐酸伐昔洛韦治疗儿童水痘30例作为治疗组，以三氮唑核苷(利巴韦林)治疗儿童水痘30例作为对照组，两组进行对比观察。 结果 治疗组第5天痊愈率为83.33%，第6天痊愈率为96.67%，第4天的总有效率为100%，与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.005)。 结论 盐酸伐昔洛韦治疗儿童水痘疗效高，安全可靠。本药儿童推荐剂量为5～10mg/(kg·d)，分2次口服。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of valaciclovir hydrochloride to treat children with varicella.Methods Assuming the method of open at random，comparison in parallel.Using valaciclovir hydrochloride to treat30children with varicella as the therapeutic group compared with the control group using vibavirin to treat30chil-dren with varicella.Results The rate of recovery of the therapeutic group was83.3%on the fifth day and96.7%on the sixth day.The rate of total efficacy of the therapeutic group was100%on the fourth day which had significant differ-ence to the control group(P<0.005).Conclusion The efficacy of valaciclovir hydrochloride to treat children patients with varicella is high ......
