     【摘要】 目前医院现行门诊流程是多年沿袭下来,以医务人员为中心的一种自然过程,它没有从患者的角度安排就诊程序,从而给患者带来许多不便,也埋下了医患冲突的隐患。本文经充分的市场调研,找出现行流程存在问题的根源,通过信息技术和作业流程重组,提出一套优化、创新、更适合国情的、充分体现人文精神的门诊流程模式,经验证取得较好的成效。

    【Abstract】 The current out-patient service process of hospital is many years currently to hand down,a kind of natural process that regards the medical person as the center.It did not seek medical advice from the sufferer's an-gle to arrange procedure,thus braught many inconvenience of sufferer.Through the full market investigation,we find out the source that the current process exists the problem.Based on the technology and the business process reorganiza-tions,innovation,even suit the state of the nation,full body now the out-patient service process mode of the humani-ties spirit is supplied,the experience certificate obtains to compare the good result.
