【摘要】 目的 探讨部分性葡萄胎的B超诊断价值。 方法 回顾性分析我院部分性葡萄胎69例住院患者的术前诊断，术后病理检查结果。 结果 本组病例B超明确诊断48例，其中6例见到胎儿，经引产可见胎儿与水泡状胎块并存，其余第一诊断为过期流产、不全流产，第二诊断为部分性葡萄胎。 结论 B超对部分性葡萄胎的诊断有其重要的实用价值。
