【摘要】 目的 总结肾损伤的诊断与治疗。 方法 回顾分析120例肾损伤的临床资料。 结果 血尿、腰部疼痛是主要的临床症状。保守治疗92例，手术治疗28例，死亡3例。 结论 B超和CT是诊断肾损伤的有效方法。对闭合性损伤的患者只要血压稳定，可采取保守治疗，否则需立即手术。
