【摘要】 目的 观察慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术治疗的疗效，研究提高鼻内镜手术疗效的注意点。 方法 对324例(601侧)慢性鼻窦炎患者行内镜手术治疗，术后随访观察6个月以上。 结果 治愈244例(75.31%)，有效61例(18.83%)，无效19例(5.86%)，总有效率94.14%。主要并发症是术中出血、术后鼻腔粘连。 结论 鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗鼻窦炎具有良好的疗效。手术的熟练程度、病灶的清除、中鼻甲的正确处理、术后加强术腔清洁管理是防止手术并发症和提高疗效的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe and improve the effect of endoscopic surgery(ESS)in nasal sinusitis.Methods 324cases of chronic nasal sinusitis were treated by ESS，and follow-up surveyed for6months postopera-tively.Results It was found that244cases(75.31%)were cured，61cases(18.83%)got improved，but19cases(5.86%)failed，and the effective rate was94.14%.The main complications were intraoperatine bleeding and postop-erative adhesion of nasal cavity.Conclusion The curative effect of ESS is successful.It is effective to clear the ill tis-sue and treat middle turbinate correctly ......
