【摘要】 目的 探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)蛋白在骨巨细胞瘤中的表达及其与预后的关系。 方法 应用免疫组化(S-P法)，检测75例骨巨细胞瘤组织中PCNA蛋白的表达，并对不同病理分级及治愈、复发、转移进行了对比分析和相关研究。 结果 PCNA的强阳性率表达在骨巨细胞瘤中，Ⅰ级38.7%;Ⅱ级50%;Ⅲ级75.0%，各组间相比差异均无显著性(P>0.05)，PCNA蛋白表达治愈组强阳性率24.4%、复发组强阳性率84.0%、转移组强阳性率80.0%，前者与后两组之间差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。 结论 PCNA表达与病理分级无关，而与复发，转移有关，PCNA的高表达对判断骨巨细胞瘤的预后有重要临床意义。
