【摘要】 目的 建立青霉素稀释液细菌内毒素检查方法。 方法 依照《中国药典》2000年版的方法和指导原则。 结果 青霉素稀释液经120倍稀释后对鲎试剂反应无干扰作用。 结论 细菌内毒素检查法可用于青霉素稀释液的热原检查。

    【Abstract】 Objective To establish a bacterial endotoxin test for dilution penicillin.Methods Test was carried out according to the guideline and procedure specified in Chinese Pharmacopeia.2000.Results Dilution penicillin did not interfere with limulus agent in120diluted concentrations.Conclusion Bacteria endotoxin test could be used for dilution penicillin.
