【摘要】 目的 探讨心力丸治疗胸痹心痛(冠心病心绞痛)的临床疗效。 方法 治疗组72例口服心力丸，对照组24例口服心宝丸。 结果 治疗组在证候及症状改善方面均有较好的临床疗效，与对照组比较，疗效差异均无显著性(P>0.05);心电图总体疗效及S-T段改变，两组相比亦差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论 提示心力丸可以用于治疗胸痹心痛(冠心病心绞痛)。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xinliwan on obstruction of qi in the chest.Meth-ods 72cases were given Xinbaowan(2tablets，tid，po)as therapeutic group，while24cases were given Xinliwan(2tablets，tid，po)as control group.Results The symptoms of patients in both therapeutic and control groups were greatly improved after treatment.It has no statistical difference between the two groups.It also has no statistical dif-ference in the improvement on ECGs between two groups.Conclusion Xinliwan can be used for the treatment of ob-struction of qi in the chest. ......
