【摘要】 目的 判断血清肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的临床意义。 方法 用Access化学发光法测定cTnI，共测定35例急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者，50例不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者和28例健康对照者。 结果 3组被检者的cTnI的含量均数间差异均有显著性。 结论 cTnI可预测ACS的发生，对ACS的治疗决策和预后判断均有重要意义。
