【摘要】 目的 探讨溶栓与抗凝、祛聚联合治疗下肢深静脉血栓的疗效。 方法 应用尿激酶进行溶栓治疗，低分子肝素进行抗凝联合肠溶阿司匹林祛聚及丹参活血化瘀。 结果 经治疗208例中随访182例，用Doppler超声检测，1年完全再通94例(51.65%)，2年完全再通118例(64.84%)，5年完全再通137例(75.27%)。 结论 溶栓、抗凝、祛聚联合治疗方案具有高效、安全、简便的特点。
