【摘要】 目的 探讨立体定向微创手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。 方法 对52例脑出血患者，采用立体定向微创手术治疗并进行回顾性分析。 结果 本组死亡2例，病死率为3.8%;生存50例，恢复良好30例，占60.0%;中残12例，占24.0%;重残6例，占12.0%，随访期内再死亡2例。 结论 该术式操作比较简单，损伤少，再出血发生率低，手术效果好。
