【摘要】 目的 探讨糖尿病引发的中枢神经系统损伤的机制。 方法 采用糖尿病大鼠模型，于60天后取脑组织切片，用免疫组化的方法检测NF-κB，并进行图像分析。 结果 糖尿病大鼠海马区神经元NF-κB的表达明显增加，与正常对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 NF-κB在糖尿病大鼠海马神经元表达增加表明其在慢性糖尿病脑损伤病理过程中起着非常重要的作用。

    Epression of NF-κB in neurol cell damage in diabetic rat's hippocampus

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of NF-κB in neurol cell damage in diabetic rat's hippocampus.Methods Diabetic group consisted of10rats of6weeks old with fasting blood glouse(FBG)higher than16.8mmol/L and normal group consisted of10normal wister ratwith FBC lower than6.0mmol/L.Ratwere killed at14weeks old and observe the expression of NF-κB in hippocampus neuronal.Results The expression of NF-κB increased in di-abetes group.The increases of NF-κB were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion NF-κB may play an im-portant role in the neurol damage in hippocampus of diabetic rat.
