【摘要】 目的 探讨输卵管妊娠手术治疗的影响因素。 方法 1998年1月1日～2003年5月31日因输卵管妊娠进行手术治疗后再次妊娠51例，回顾性分析其输卵管状况及治疗方法对妊娠的影响。 结果 输卵管妊娠保守手术后宫内孕者明显高于输卵管切除术组(P<0.01)，但保守治疗后重复异位妊娠(REP)多发生在同侧，占76.92%。手术中对患侧及对侧输卵管状况进行评分，发现评分>5分者再次妊娠时重复异位妊娠的危险性增加。结论 对输卵管妊娠的处理应根据双侧输卵管状况慎重选择治疗方法。
