【摘要】 目的 观察西洛他唑对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。 方法 81例糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者随机分为西洛它唑组和对照组，观察两组治疗前后血粘度、血栓素B 2 、6-酮-前列腺素1α、周围神经传导速度的变化。 结果 与治疗前相比，西洛它唑组治疗后血粘度、血栓素B 2 降低，周围神经传导速度、6-酮-前列腺素1α升高，差异有显著性;对照组治疗前、后上述指标的差异均无显著性;两组间的差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 西洛他唑能通过抑制血小板聚集和扩张血管而提高周围神经传导速度，改善周围神经病变症状。
