【摘要】 目的 分析住院病人对护理工作质量满意度的结果，寻找存在影响护理工作的缺陷因素，采取护理干预措施。方法 针对1996~2003年住院病人对护理工作质量满意度的测评，共发问卷2928份，整体护理与功能制护理的满意度比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。选择实施整体护理模式病房作为试验组，而非模式病房作为对照组，针对病人1853项不满意护理工作的数据资料，采取百分比统计和χ2检验处理。结果 传统的服务思维模式、护士素质不高、编制不足、待遇低等原因都影响护理工作质量。结论 实施整体护理,转变服务理念,强化管理,以提高了病人对护理工作的满意度，确保了护理工作质量和效率。

    【Abstract】 Objective The analysis of the patients’ satisfaction toward nursing work,gave the way to find the factors of low quality of nursing work and the measurements to intervene.Methods The process includes the examination of the appraisal of the nursing work in 1996 to 2003.All of 2928 poll sheets were sent out to find out the gap of the residential patients’ satisfaction for the holistic nursing care and the functional nursing care (P<0.01).The compare of the exam section and the comparison section between holistic and non-holistic nursing care wards was carried out,with the data of 1853 items of dissatisfation,we take the percentage statistic and χ2 check.Results It shows that under the traditional nursing care mode,the factors of low quality of nurses,shortage of staff,low welfare and so on affecting the quality of nursing care.Conclusion The paper presents a process of promoting holistic nursing care,transforming nursing concept and consolidating managements,improving the satisfaction of patients and guaranteeing the quality and the efficiency of the nursing work. ......
