【摘要】 目的 探讨维生素D中毒肾钙质沉着的超声表现。方法 对12例维生素D中毒肾钙质沉着患者临床症状消失后肾脏超声表现进行总结分析。结果 维生素D中毒肾钙质沉着超声表现为锥体边缘小灶状回声增强、锥体边缘环状回声增强及整个锥体回声增强。结论 维生素D中毒肾钙质沉着通常超声表现为3种影像，且是不可逆的超声表现。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the ultrasound findings of nephrocalcinosis caused by vitamin D intoxication.Methods Ultrasonographic findings in 12 cases of nephrocalcinosis caused by vitamin D intoxication without any symptoms were analyzed.Results The ultrasonographic findings were focal hyperechogenicity of pyramides renales and ring hyperechogenicity of pyramides renales and hyperechogenicity of pyramides renales.Conclusion There are usually kinds of ultrasound findings of nephrocalcinosis caused by vitamin D intoxication and it can not resume.
