【摘要】 目的 比较盐酸吗啡缓释片直肠给药、口服给药两种方式在癌痛控制中的疗效、胃肠道反应情况。 方法 采取随机分组、自身交叉对照方法，对120例中晚期癌痛患者，随机分成AB、BA两组。AB组第1～2周口服给药，第3～4周直肠给药;BA组第1～2周直肠给药，第3～4周口服给药。 结果 盐酸吗啡缓释片直肠、口服给药两种方式的镇痛完全缓解(CR)分别为68/110、70/108;部分缓解(PR)18/110、18/108。 结论 盐酸吗啡缓释片通过直肠给药可以取得与口服给药一样的镇痛效果，且减少了胃肠道不良反应。
