【摘要】 目的 了解南通市饮食业餐饮具消毒效果，保障广大消费者的饮食卫生。 方法 随机抽取辖区内538家大中小型餐饮单位所使用的餐饮具，共监测各类餐饮具2948份，进行大肠菌群指标的检测。 结果 餐饮具合格1892份，合格率为64.18%，大、中型饮食业餐饮具的卫生合格率要明显高于小型饮食业。 结论 应提高饮食从业人员的卫生意识，完善卫生消毒设备，提高餐具消毒质量，同时要加强对小型饮食业的卫生监督管理。
