【摘要】 目的 探索奎硫平对精神分裂症患者肝功能的影响。 方法 对90例单一服用奎硫平的精神分裂症住院患者在疗前及疗后做肝功能检测。 结果 服用奎硫平后肝功能异常者30例(33.3%)。 结论 奎硫平可损害肝功能，但多较轻微，易恢复。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of liver function in schizophrenia patients treated with quetiapine.Methods 90schizophenia inpatients with single quetiapine were measured the liver function before and after the treatment.Results 30patients(33.33%)manifested liver function damage after using quetiapine.The number of male patients with damaged liver function were higher than in female.Conclusion Quetiapine may cause slight liver function damage in schizophrenia patients，the damage could be reserved often.
