【摘要】 目的 研究小剂量尿激酶在脑梗死早期应用的临床疗效。 方法 将60例脑梗死患者分成两组，分别采用小剂量尿激酶治疗(简称尿激酶组)及传统疗法(简称对照组)。 结果 治疗前各组分数差异无显著性，治疗后尿激酶组>对照组，差异有显著性。 结论 小剂量尿激酶能有效阻止血栓进展，减少再栓塞，有利于神经功能恢复，疗效显著而无明显副作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of low dose urokinase of patients with early stage of cerebral in-farction.Methods 60patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups:urokinase group that were treated with low dose urokinase;comparative group that were treated by tradition therapy.Results The scales of neu-ral function were not significantly different among two groups before treatment.After treatment the scales of neural function of urokinase group was higher than that of control group.The differences were significantly.The incidence of both aggravation and reoccurance of infarction was significantly reduced in urokinase group.Conclusion The usage of low dose urokinase might prevent infarction from aggravating and reoccurring ......
