摘要:目的 建立用毛细管色谱柱检测蔬菜中17种有机磷农药的快速检验方法。 方法 以HP-5毛细管色谱柱，用FPD检测器，通过程序升温进行检测。 结果 方法的变异系数为3.3%～5.2%，添加回收率为88.4%～105.6%，最低检出限为0.005～0.022mg/kg。 结论 本方法具有精密度高、分析速度快、分离效果好、回收率高等优点，具有一定的推广价值。
