摘要:目的 分析各类哮喘患者痰细胞学特点。 方法 对急性期哮喘患者29例(A组)、急性期慢性支气管炎患者30例(B组)、非气道疾病组14例(C组)进行气道反应性测定、痰液诱导及处理，分析三组患者痰液细胞构成的差异性，其结果数值输入SPSS10.0统计软件包进行统计。 结果 A组的嗜酸性粒细胞率为19.8%，显著高于B组、C组的5.4%和1.3%;B组表现为中性粒细胞性炎症，其中性粒细胞率为66.4%，明显高于A组和C组的45.3%和24.1%，而C组则以吞噬细胞(71.9%)为主。A组诱导痰中嗜酸性粒细胞率与1Sec用力肺活量(FEV1)表现出一定程度的负相关(相关系数r为0.470，P值为0.024)。 结论 嗜酸性粒细胞对于哮喘气道炎症中有较重要的作用，中性粒细胞在哮喘发病过程中可能起了重要作用。

    Exploration of the clinical value of induced sputum cells analysis in asthma patients.

    Abstract:Objective To probe the differences of induced sputum cells in patients of various asthma. Methods 29cases of acute asthma patients(group A)，30cases of chronic bronchitis patients in acute period(group B)and14cases of non-airway diseases patients(group C)were determined through airway reaction test，sputum inducing and handling.The differences of sputum cells structure patients of in three groups were analyzed by using SPSS10.0software. Results The eosinophils cells in group Awere higher than those in group B or C(19.8%vs5.4%、1.3%);the neutrophil cells inflammation were mainly in B group(66.4%vs45.3%、24.1%) ......
