摘要:目的 通过流式细胞术检测再生障碍性贫血患者中Th1、Th2细胞的数量，进一步探讨其在再生障碍性贫血发病机制中的作用及临床意义。 方法 用流式细胞术检测23例再生障碍性贫血患者及20例正常对照者外周抗凝血CD4 + T淋巴细胞IFN-γ、IL-4的分泌，分别反映Th1、Th2细胞的数量。 结果 再生障碍性贫血患者Th1样细胞因子IFN-γ的水平较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.01)，Th2样因子IL-4与正常对照组比较差异无明显性(P>0.05)。 结论 再生障碍性贫血中Th1水平明显增多，Th2水平却大致正常，提示Th1/Th2比例失衡可能是导致再障造血衰竭的重要因素，是再障发病机制之一。
