大龄弱视综合疗法的临床分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨大龄弱视综合疗法的疗效。方法 对103例大龄弱视儿童常规眼科检查排除眼球器质性病变，包括视力、眼球活动情况、眼位、注视性质、屈光状态等。予配戴正确的矫正镜，根据不同弱视种类及程度选用严格遮盖健眼或两眼交替遮盖，同时采用光刷治疗，红光闪烁，CAM光栅刺激，旁中心注视者加后像疗法，联合氦氖激光等疗法进行综合治疗。结果 103例159眼有效率84.28%，屈光不正性弱视疗效好，轻度弱视疗效好，中心注视者疗效明显优于非中心注视者。结论 不能放弃大龄弱视的治疗机会，采取积极综合治疗法能取得较好的疗效。【关键词】 大龄弱视；综合疗法；疗效

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of treatments synthetically at the amblyopia of the elder children.Methods Selecting 159 eyes from the amblyopia of the elder children at 9 to 18 years old.Checked including primary eye care,vision,movement,position,fixation refractive and so on.To wear correct glasses.According to different types and degrees of the amblyopia,to do conventional occlusion,red filter treatment,CAM vision stimulator,and He-Ne laser treatment.To do pleoptics if it isnt foveal fixsation.Results In 159 eyes,134 eyes (84.28%) are efficacious.The curative effect of lightly amblyopia is good.The curative effect of ametropic amblyopia is the best.The curative effect of anisometropic amblyopia is the better.Conclusion Never abandon the treatment at amblyopia of the elder children.It will be better if active treatments synthetically. ......
